Michael Ifeanyi (PhD)
Michael Ifeanyi (PhD), the Director of Ifortek Consulting Ltd, is driven, result-oriented, and motivated. He has a passion for coaching and helping people bridge the gap between their education and work experience. Ifortek Consulting Ltd provides coaching services that help clients find new and better opportunities, transition to a new job, and enhance their knowledge and skills.
Michael is an Associate Fellow of the UK’s Higher Education Academy (HEA), a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Certified, and Team-Based Learning expert. His expertise and experience extend to leading innovative concepts in Business Analysis, Project Management, PMOs, Scrum Master, Project Coordination, Practical Work Experience, CV Review, Mentoring, and more using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques, process improvement, optimization, and change management to build a knowledge exchange curriculum responsible for the successful and timely execution of training activities within organizations.
He is passionate and committed to helping people of non-technical savvy secure roles in the technical sector. He believes that opportunity is for the prepared and that most unhappy customers are the greatest source of learning. Michael is happy to provide a nudge and help you grow transferable skills that are relevant in today’s fast-paced work environment.
He advises his clients to “be doers, and not dreamers,” and to be prepared to learn by making themselves available, managing their time well, and asking questions where relevant. In his spare time, he enjoys watching football, traveling, and keeping fit.
